The City of DeWitt employs five individuals to staff the Department of Public Services. The following individuals are currently employed full-time in this department:

Street sweeping
Surface maintenance including pothole patching
Snow removal policy
Snow removal by fire hydrants
Storm drains
Line painting
Sign placement and replacement
