Treasures To Grow On Preschool/Kindergarten
Event Title: 1st Annual Spring Fling Live Auction Fundraiser
Event Details: March 27th 2010, 6-9pm
Preschool building located behind Little Caesars Pizza on Business US-27
Live and Silent Auction to benefit our non profit preschool and kindergarten.
Free childcare provided, if tickets are purchased by March 19. Kids will enjoy a pizza/pajama party while parents attend event. Ticket price is $5 per person,
buy 3 get the 4th for free.
Appetizers will be served.
DEWITT MILLENNIUM GARDEN CLUB
Gardening expert Janet Macunovich will speak on Tuesday, March 16 about “Continuous, Crafty Color” from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm at Redeemer United Methodist Church, 13980 Schavey Road, DeWitt. She will discuss plant species and varieties, great plant combinations, gardening tricks, and how to achieve long lasting color in gardens.
The DeWitt Millennium Garden Club is sponsoring this event. Tickets are $5.00, which includes refreshments and door prizes. Tickets are available from any club member or from Sandy Lockwood (517) 669-7531 and Pat Molitor (517) 669-5654. Tickets are also available at Twiggy’s in downtown DeWitt and at the door.
Some of Ms. Macunovich’s books will be available for purchase on March 16. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

A complete computer system (computer monitor, printer, processing unit, keyboard) is considered two items.
Bulky Waste- $15.00 for a half a truck load of waste (less than 3 cubic feet or half a truck bed)
$30.00 per large load (3 to 6 cubic feet or full pick up truck load)
Freon-containing appliances - $10 per unit
Tires - $1.00 per 16” tire;
$5.00 per 16” to 24” tire
$15,00 per tire > 24”
Business Hazardous Waste - Charged per pound as per vendor pricing

The DeWitt Downtown Development Authority meetings are regularly held the second (2nd) Tuesday of each month at the DeWitt City Hall, Council Chambers, 414 E. Main Street, DeWitt, Michigan, and commence at 7:30 a .m. The following is the meeting schedule for 2010:
